Location and surroundings

Valdecarros is an ambitious urban development located in the southeast of Madrid, in the district of Villa de Vallecas. It extends over 19 million m², of which 7 million m² are dedicated to green areas, forming part of the new Metropolitan Forest.

The neighborhood is bounded to the east by the Ensanche de Vallecas, to the west by the Parque Lineal del Manzanares and the AVE high-speed train tracks, to the north by Mercamadrid and the La Atalayuela industrial estate, and to the south by the M-50, crossed by the M-31 and M-4 highways.
