RETAMAR’s connection is unbeatable: Only 20 minutes from the center of Madrid and 7 minutes from Alcorcón, and the accessibility is privileged, due to its proximity to the M-50 and the new connections that are proposed to important urban centers and essential services such as hospitals, schools and shopping centers such as X-Madrid, Ikea, Tres Aguas and Parque Oeste. In addition, the public transport connections are also ideal, close to the Las Retamas RENFE train station and intercity bus lines, together with the new urban bus lines that are planned for the new neighborhood.
