  • Means of payment: nominative bank check/bank transfer from Spanish entities, other European Union countries or equivalent third countries.

    Form of payment:

    • 6,000 during pre-marketing as a reserve.
    • 30% (plus the corresponding VAT) at the time and during the private earnest money contract through monthly payments.
    • 70% (plus the corresponding VAT) at the time of execution of the deed of sale.
