May 28, 2021 –<\/strong> ASPRIMA and Planner Exhibitions have once again held the ASPRIMA-SIMA Awards as part of SIMA, the Madrid Real Estate Exhibition.<\/p>

At the gala held on May 27, our Culmia Innova Torrej\u00f3n development was recognized with a special mention in the category ‘most sustainable real estate project’.<\/p>

The Culmia Innova Torrej\u00f3n development stands out for incorporating numerous sustainability technologies in a single project. The residential development has been designed according to passive bioclimatic criteria such as a fa\u00e7ade adapted to the orientation, shading, solar gain, optimum thermal insulation thickness and natural ventilation, among others. And for its construction, environmentally friendly and recyclable materials have been used. All this makes it possible for Culmia Innova Torrej\u00f3n to have a low energy consumption. <\/p>

In addition, energy production in the building is based on renewable energies, such as geothermal and aerothermal energy, which allow the homes to be heated through underfloor heating and save CO2 emissions and energy consumption costs.<\/p>

For all this, Culmia Innova Torrej\u00f3n has the prestigious BREEAM environmental seal that guarantees respect for the environment both in the construction process of the building and in its use and certifies that the home is acoustically insulated, has a thermal comfort and indoor air quality.<\/p>

The ASPRIMA-SIMA awards aim to reward the best initiatives in the real estate sector in categories such as best performance in housing, non-residential real estate, the most sustainable project, the best product\/service marketing campaign of real estate companies and the best Corporate Social Responsibility initiative.<\/p>
