Suma Madrid Plan<\/p><\/div>

The Madrid City Council’s Plan Suma Vivienda project promotes the construction of affordable rental housing through a public-private partnership. It will promote the construction of more than 2,200 affordable rental housing units in Los Ahijones and Los Berrocales (Vic\u00e1lvaro), through a public-private partnership. It will be aimed at Madrid residents with incomes up to 5.5 times the IPREM, guaranteeing that tenants will not pay more than 30% of their family income in rent.<\/p> <\/div><\/div><\/div>

How does Culmia participate in the Madrid City Council’s Suma Vivienda Plan?<\/h2><\/div>

Culmia is participating in the Madrid City Council’s Suma Vivienda Plan as the successful bidder of three lots (3, 4 and 5), where it will build 757 affordable rental housing units in Los Berrocales and Los Ahijones. The developer will invest 116 million euros, will use industrialized construction (\u00c1vita system) and expects to start construction in 2026, with the first deliveries before the summer of 2028.<\/p> <\/div><\/div><\/div>
