Culmia welcomes Cristina Ontoso as new Sales and Marketing Director

18 March 2021.- Culmia, one of Spain's leading real estate developers, has announced the appointment of Cristina Ontoso as its new Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Communications Director. Ontoso, who has more than 17 years of national and international experience in the residential sector, will join the company's Management Committee.

Prior to joining Culmia, Cristina Ontoso held the same position at Vía Célere between 2010 and 2021, and played a key role in the development, growth and positioning of the company, also helping in the integration process with the developer Aelca. Among other initiatives, she implemented the first experiential and sensory office in the real estate sector in Spain, which, along with other initiatives and projects, earned the company the ASPRIMA-SIMA 2016 award for 'Best Marketing Strategy'.

Before joining Vía Célere, Ontoso was Director of Marketing, Customer Service and Communication for the Lar Group, a role in which she defined the company's local strategy and oversaw its implementation in the Mexican market.

In the words of Francisco Pérez, CEO of Culmia, "the addition of Cristina will allow us to improve our commercial capabilities and our customer service and redouble our efforts in marketing and communication with the help of a professional with a proven track record in the residential sector, both nationally and internationally".

Cristina Ontoso stated that "it is a source of pride and encouragement to be part of such an exciting and far-reaching project as Culmia, in which I hope to contribute to the company's new stage of growth".

A graduate in Law from the Carlos III University and in Business Administration and Management from the same institution, Ontoso has a degree in Marketing from the Centre for Financial Studies and a Diploma in Below the Line Marketing from the University of San Diego. She has also completed a General Management Programme at IESE.
