Culmia starts marketing a new office building in Barcelona

16 September 2021. Culmia, one of Spain's leading real estate developers, has begun marketing its next office development in the city of Barcelona. The building, called 6Ó Building, is located at the junction of Pº Zona Franca 11 and Can Cisó street.

With a total surface area of 5,472.5 m² distributed over 9 floors, it will be LEED GOLD certified as a sustainable building. It is scheduled for delivery in the second quarter of 2023.

The La Marina del Prat Vermell area is located between the Zona Franca, the Fira de Barcelona and the Courts Complex. This involves the replanning and urban development of an area totalling 750,000 m², which generates great expectations for the development of a new, fully urban and strategically located area.

The construction of offices will help the complete transformation of the area into an attractive urban pole, especially for technology companies, in direct competition with 22@. It has a strategic location with respect to the city's main centres of activity, a large transport and communications infrastructure of international scope.
