Culmia launches 15 luxury homes in the historic centre of San Sebastian

Culmia, one of Spain's leading property developers, launches Culmia Harribitxi Donostia, a luxury five-storey development comprising 15 luxury homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms that stand out for their finishes and the use of high quality materials. In addition, the homes have a storage room and direct garage and the ground floors have commercial premises.

Culmia Harribitxi Donostia was born from a refurbished historic building dating from the late nineteenth century, whose facade has been respected for its architectural value and some elements have been restored to return them to their original state.

In this development, both in the homes and in the communal areas, all the elements have been taken care of in great detail to ensure harmony with the historic building, as well as comfort and sophistication. The homes have been designed to optimise the distribution of the spaces and have a decoration inspired by geometry and design.
