Culmia, one of Spain's leading property developers, begins delivery of the Culmia La Joya II development and work on Culmia Odelania, which means 158 new homes for the city of Huelva. Both developments are located in the district of El Conquero, a consolidated area that offers all the necessary educational, health, leisure and restaurant amenities. In addition, the area has good public and private transport connections, thanks to the easy access to the H-30 and H-31 roads.
With regard to Culmia La Joya II, the development consists of 72 homes of 2 and 3 bedrooms, available in sizes of 90 m² and 115 m², all of them outward-facing and with large terraces. In addition, the estate has a modern architectural design of two seven-storey towers, plus 84 parking spaces and 101 storage rooms.
The development has been carried out with design in mind, but also considering the families’ energy saving. Culmia La Joya II has continuous insulation that surrounds the building and prevents the loss or increase of temperature inside, and has been classified with a B energy rating for emissions and C for energy consumption.
Culmia Odelania consists of 86 homes of 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, plus parking spaces and storage rooms located in the basement, all in a building of avant-garde design and 10 storeys high.
In response to the needs of today's customers, all the homes are outward-facing and have terraces to enjoy the surroundings. In addition, they have been built with high quality materials and have all the necessary equipment to move in.
Culmia Odelania also pays attention to environmental aspects and is committed to the use of renewable energy in its facilities. It has hot water production equipment to reduce water consumption and pre-installation for charging electric vehicles in the garage. For this reason, it has been awarded the B energy rating.
