Our strategic plan is based on four main business areas: build-to-sell housing (BTS), build-to-rent housing (BTR), affordable housing, and land management in the most relevant urban developments across the country.
Since our inception in 2013, we have delivered over 8,000 homes across 126 developments. Currently, we have a portfolio of 12,400 homes. Of these, 7,000 are in the development phase across a total of 96 developments, with 33 under construction, totaling 3,400 homes, and another 46 developments, comprising 2,600 homes, in the commercialization phase. The portfolio includes a land bank in strategic sectors totaling 6,900 homes, which is expected to be developed into a total of 107 developments.
In the build-to-rent segment, Culmia is developing 543 homes to be delivered in 2025. In the affordable housing sector, notable achievements include the awarding of Lot 3 of the first phase of the Plan VIVE by the Community of Madrid, comprising 1,763 homes currently in operation, as well as the only lot of the second phase of Plan VIVE, consisting of 1,137 homes, and two lots of the Affordable Rental Plan by the Madrid City Council, totaling 871 homes. Additionally, two lots comprising 221 homes under the affordable housing plan of the Generalitat Valenciana, and Lots 3, 4, and 5 of the Plan Suma Vivienda by the Madrid City Council, totaling 757 homes, located in the urban developments of Los Berrocales and Ahijones. All of this amounts to building nearly 4,800 affordable homes nationwide.
